About the role#
Intact is seeking a Communications Advisor Intern to support our internal Claims communications team. This role offers the chance to contribute to corporate projects while developing professional skills in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Support internal Claims communications projects.
- Assist with the distribution of newsletters, announcements, and internal content.
- Help with logistics, content, and coordination for events and town halls.
- Collaborate with team members to share ideas and develop solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
- A collaborative and personable approach to building team relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Status as an active student during the internship or returning to school in the following semester.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4 to April 23, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
