About the role#
We are looking for Operations and Planning Business Analysts to join our team for a Winter 2027 internship. This is a full-time, paid position where you will gain hands-on experience by supporting project managers and leadership in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide coordination and administrative support to PMs and leadership, including preparing for meetings and workshops, consolidating outcomes, and driving follow-ups.
- Document requirements from the business community using established templates.
- Analyze information from various sources to provide recommendations and summaries that support informed decision-making.
- Assist the team in improving productivity, reducing risks, and lowering costs.
- Identify the need for change and communicate the resulting impacts.
- Act as a link between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Support the Quality Assurance team during test planning and execution.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Business Strategy, Project Management, or a related field.
- Must be an active student.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in functional analysis.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining effective time and priority management.
- Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and a client-oriented mindset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to adapt to change effectively.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: January 4 to April 23, 2027.
- Schedule: 35 hours per week.
