About the role#
We are hiring several IT Business Analysts to join our teams for a 4-month internship during the Winter 2027 term. You will work alongside our Digital, Data, and Tech experts to help define and deliver solutions that support our insurance operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.
- Participate in workshops to gather requirements and define specifications.
- Support the development of solutions and ongoing analyses.
- Participate in testing activities alongside business and IT stakeholders.
- Write clear, actionable user stories for developers and the testing team.
- Conduct impact analyses and document IT solutions.
- Build and maintain functional documentation.
- Consolidate documentation from multiple teams to create common, accessible resources.
- Identify gaps between solutions across different platforms to support alignment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Communications with a relevant technology specialization.
- Must be an active student during the internship or returning to school the following semester.
- Experience working on Agile Scrum projects.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will interact with colleagues across the country.
- Experience with web and mobile applications (iOS and Android) is an asset.

- Location: Montréal, Quebec.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Employment: Full-time (35 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
- Sponsorship: We do not provide immigration sponsorship. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
