About the role#
As a Reinsurance Operations Analyst Intern, you will join the Reinsurance Operations team for a 12-week program starting May 17, 2027. You will support deal onboarding, management, reporting, and surveillance. This role involves working with internal partners across legal, risk, finance, and IT to manage reinsurance opportunities. The position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and follows a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Document business requirements and processes with key stakeholders.
- Identify trends and generate insights to support data-driven decision making.
- Manage project administration, including scheduling meetings, tracking status updates, and preparing documentation.
- Determine methods to analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate across the Enact Re team on various initiatives.
- Participate in company events and professional development opportunities to support team values.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student, specifically a rising junior or senior.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools, preferably Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and think critically to create solutions.
- Basic knowledge of project management approaches.
- Preferred: Prior work experience in coordinating or managing projects.
- Interest in the insurance, reinsurance, banking, or financial services industries.
