    About the role#

    The Business Transformation Intern joins the Enterprise Analytics department for a 12-week program starting May 17, 2027. You will work alongside industry experts to design and implement end-to-end business workflows. This role focuses on translating business needs into orchestrated logic while exploring how artificial intelligence can enhance user experiences. You will move a priority use case from initial discovery through prototype deployment and value assessment.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and map current workflows.
    • Design future-state orchestration for tasks, approvals, and data routing.
    • Build and deploy low-code prototypes using the Power Platform or other approved tools.
    • Integrate AI-enabled experiences into workflow components.
    • Analyze results and user feedback to identify bottlenecks, delays, or optimization opportunities.
    • Participate in intern events, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related fields like business analytics, operations, or information systems.
    • Working knowledge of workflow orchestration, low-code development, or business process automation.
    • Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or MS Copilot and an interest in applying these to business workflows.
    • Knowledge of process mapping, design thinking, Agile methods, or continuous improvement.
    • Ability to learn processes quickly and translate goals into practical solutions.
    • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
