About the role#
As an Intern - IT Analyst, you will work in a technology modernization environment that combines existing systems with modern tools. You will join the Golden Record team to help improve our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role is a full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of MDM solutions.
- Collaborate on modernization initiatives using various technologies.
- Analyze data and document solutions clearly.
- Participate in improving internal practices, support processes, and automation.
- Provide first-level support during incidents.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to information technology, computer science, or software engineering.
- Ability to complete an internship during Winter 2027.
- Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with partners and teams.
- An interest in API development, workflows, PowerShell scripts, and data integration.
- Curiosity, rigor, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand business rules, data flows, and data quality issues.
- Experience or comfort working in an Agile and SAFe team environment.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, and agentic approaches.
