About the role#
As an IT Analyst Intern, you will support IT sectors by identifying the root causes of specific issues and defining potential solutions. You will work within a team focused on delivering IT initiatives that impact the Sales Force, helping the organization grow by removing obstacles and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Support partners through IT-related changes and initiatives affecting the Sales Force.
- Understand business needs and help identify and implement solutions.
- Work in both operational and project-based environments.
- Communicate with business partners to clarify, correct, or implement operational, training, and security processes.
- Create conditions for a high-performing team focused on key business priorities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MIS profile) or Management Information Systems.
- Must complete a credited internship in Winter 2027.
- Strong analytical, summarization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain IT concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and strong priority management.
- Autonomy and a collaborative mindset with strong team spirit.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, sales, distribution networks, or LEAN philosophy is considered an asset.
