About the role#
As a Student - New Business Administrator, you will support the administration of contracts for new insurance policies. This is a temporary, part-time position that offers the opportunity to gain experience within the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Validate approved policies to ensure compliance before they are issued.
- Submit corrections for any contracts that do not meet compliance standards.
- Review returned policies to confirm the accuracy of entered information.
- Print and assemble paper documents as requested by agents.
- Transfer files to the appropriate teams based on the specific nature of each request.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a CEGEP or university program in a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying data.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Comfort working in a changing environment.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate English skills for verbal and written communication, as you will interact with unilingual English-speaking partners across Canada.
