About the role#
As an Actuarial Intern in Financial Results & Performance, you will build your technical and analytical knowledge within group insurance. You will work on financial analysis and support the evolution of methods used by the team. This is a full-time, paid internship offered on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to actuarial exercises, including the production of reports and analyses for group insurance products.
- Develop and improve the reliability of actuarial tools, focusing on calculations, controls, and data collection.
- Analyze and interpret financial results.
- Communicate your findings and recommendations to various stakeholders through summaries and reports.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in actuarial science, mathematics, or statistics.
- A strong interest in programming and automation tasks.
- High levels of rigor, initiative, and autonomy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in English, as you will read, write, and participate in meetings in this language.

- This role is based in either Montreal or Quebec City, Quebec.
- The position follows a hybrid work model.
