About the role#
Capstone Investment Advisors offers a ten-week summer internship program for students interested in financial markets. You will join an investment pod to support daily operations and complete a specific project. This program provides exposure to investment research, market analysis, quantitative methods, and automation. Your project will address a real business need while offering a practical learning experience.
What you'll do#
- Support an investment pod in its day-to-day activities.

- Collaborate with team members to contribute to investment strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in Python or Java.
- Ability to apply programming skills to data analysis and quantitative problem-solving.
- Strong learning agility and the ability to work well in a team.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- A professional and accountable approach to work.
- A keen curiosity about technology and artificial intelligence.
- Prior experience in financial services or investment management is preferred.
