About the role#
We are hiring an Intern Business Analyst for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on projects that support our organizational goals while gaining experience in the financial services industry. This is a full-time, paid position based in Quebec City with a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Document business rules for the FNA calculation engine.
- Create and maintain functional project documentation.
- Conduct data-driven analyses based on expert consultations.
- Help implement business solutions and improve existing processes.
- Develop testing strategies and participate in testing phases.
- Gather stakeholder feedback to refine deliverables.
- Collaborate with business teams, product owners, and technology staff.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration (MIS profile), Actuarial Science, or Finance.
- Requirement to complete a credited internship during Winter 2027.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge.
- High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Comfort with mathematical concepts and an interest in taxation.
- Ability to seek out and validate information from sources beyond your immediate team.
