About the role#
As an Intern - Business Analyst, you will join the IT Solutions Delivery, Enterprise, Compliance and Security team. You will help deliver technology initiatives and process improvement requests. This role involves working with business partners to analyze needs and improve operational stability. It is a full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business needs and document solutions.
- Process improvement requests from business partners.
- Document and optimize existing business processes.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of IT solutions.
- Work across various tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.
- Support user acceptance testing and validation activities.
- Contribute to team process improvements and document key learnings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program related to Management Information Systems, Organizational Information Systems, or Business Intelligence.
- Preference for students completing their final internship.
- Relevant work experience from previous internships or student jobs.
- Initiative, autonomy, and a strong desire to learn.
- Interest in artificial intelligence tools and initial experience using them.
- Familiarity with low-code or no-code solutions, such as Power Platform, or a willingness to learn them.
- Ability to work with a variety of tools and technical environments.
- Experience gathering business requirements and knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices are considered assets.
