About the role#
This position reports to the Senior Business Systems Analyst within the Toronto SAP Marketing and Logistics team. You will support the team in managing SAP incident tracking and change requests, which helps the department review project workloads and process efficiency. The SAP application you will support is used by approximately 80 users to process transactions for customer deliveries totaling over $4 billion in revenue, making it a critical component of company cash flow forecasting.
What you'll do#
- Manage incident and change request tracking in Service Now.
- Perform due date analysis for incidents and change requests.
- Compile team statistics.
- Assist with SAP testing and system documentation.
- Handle general administration work for the SAP team.
- Perform SAP password resets and support the SAP Annual Access review.
- Resolve and close SAP incident tickets.
