About the role#
As a Relationship Management student, you will work within our Financing team to support Relationship Managers and Associates. You will help maintain service levels and support operational efficiency during peak periods. This role provides hands-on experience in financing, administration, and customer service while allowing you to gain exposure to professional relationship management.
What you'll do#
- Support customer onboarding and lending intake activities, including the collection and review of required documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks, customer communications, and follow-up activities.
- Manage document retention, uploading, and records management processes.
- Provide customer support to ensure timely and professional service.
- Support portfolio management, customer profile maintenance, and digital adoption initiatives.
- Assist with prospecting, marketing, community engagement, and other operational tasks to enhance team capacity.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree, diploma, or certificate program in administration, business, commerce, agriculture, agricultural finance, economics, management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer service mindset and an eagerness to learn.
- Interest in agricultural finance, business financing, or relationship management is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales, or business support is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
