About the role#
Join the Credit Risk Management team for a summer internship. You will work with a Data Analyst and Credit Manager to review financial information, adjudicate credit, and analyze sales data. This role provides insight into credit adjudication and asset valuation. You will support sound credit decisions and provide information to multiple teams while contributing to daily priorities.
What you'll do#
- Analyze sales data to build valuation guides, farmland value reports, and insights.
- Review financial information.
- Manage workflows.
- Lead and execute reporting tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a business or commerce degree with a focus on finance, economics, accounting, management, or agriculture.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk concepts, and business reporting.
- Proven expertise in analyzing financial information and interpreting valuation-related data.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, or business insights.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and AWS QuickSight is preferred.
- Knowledge of agricultural lending, farmland valuation, or appraisal practices is an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
