About the role#
As a Student Administrator in Group Savings and Retirement, you will support administrative operations for group plans. You will help deliver reliable service to participants while gaining experience in a professional financial environment.
What you'll do#
- Process new enrollments and contributions.
- Update active participant accounts, including address changes, beneficiary updates, and SIN modifications.
- Assist the cash management team with deposits, such as money transfers and payments.
- Review transactions for accuracy.
- Respond to emails and attend team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in accounting, actuarial science, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of rigor.
- Curiosity and the ability to adapt to new tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
- Advanced English skills for documentation, email, and video calls.
- Willingness to use translation tools and templates to work with French documentation and colleagues.
Location & details#
- Locations: Toronto, Quebec City, or Montreal.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Minimum of 21 hours per week during semesters (3 days per week, Monday to Friday) and full-time during the summer.
- Compensation: $23.50 to $28.75 CAD per hour, depending on years of study.
