About the role#
As an intern in Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Operational Efficiency, you will design and deploy solutions to optimize internal processes. You will work with Microsoft Copilot, the Power Platform, and other emerging technologies to improve how we work. This role is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 semester.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and deploy automation and artificial intelligence solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to track performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
- Integrate solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaborate with internal teams to address business needs.
- Build proofs of concept, prototypes, or intelligent agents to test new automation approaches.
- Use artificial intelligence to reduce low-value tasks and support decision-making.
- Participate in process optimization workshops to identify innovation opportunities.
- Document processes and developed solutions to support their reuse and deployment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, software engineering, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- Must complete a university-credited internship during the Winter 2027 semester.
- Advanced proficiency in French.
- Strong interest in the practical application of artificial intelligence to solve business problems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, generative artificial intelligence tools, and automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Autonomy, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Python, AI agents, or technology prototype development is an asset.

- Locations: Quebec City, Montreal, or Vancouver.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $27.50 to $30.50 CAD per hour, depending on years of study and student status.
