About the role#
As a Data Science Intern, you will assist in turning data into insights that support business objectives and customer growth. You will contribute to predictive modeling, customer analytics, and performance measurement initiatives. Your work helps personalize customer journeys, improve marketing effectiveness, and identify opportunities for increased profitability.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer, campaign, and business data to generate actionable insights.
- Help develop, monitor, and evaluate Next Best Action strategies using modeling and testing.
- Support the analysis of customer journeys to improve business performance.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Automate and improve data preparation, reporting, and analytical processes.
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Academic focus in mathematics, statistics, business, or a quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark, SQL, or Python.
- Expert skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to propose creative solutions and work with detail.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and execute work independently.
- A results-oriented mindset and a collaborative team approach.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office time at 25 Ontario Street).
- Commitment: Full-time.
