About the role#
The Co-op Student for F2F Sales Enablement supports the Operations and Enablement team. You will help deliver operational excellence across the Face-to-Face Acquisition channel at Equitable Bank. This role involves a mix of analytical, operational, compliance, and project support duties. You will contribute to daily business activities and help drive strategic initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations through analytical, administrative, and project coordination tasks.
- Conduct internal reviews of compliance, risk management, and operational processes to find control gaps and improve governance.
- Analyze data from mystery shops, customer complaints, and operational performance to identify trends and root causes.
- Assist in developing an asset management model to improve inventory tracking and operational oversight.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and process documentation.
- Contribute to pilot programs, go-to-market launches, promotional campaigns, and vendor activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Vendor Management.
- Complete ad hoc analysis and support team priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary co-op program in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to organize, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to communicate clear findings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional reports.
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or data visualization tools is an asset.
