About the role#
As a procurement technician student, you will join the Nexus project. This is a major initiative focused on modernizing procurement processes and supplier management tools. You will support the team in data migration, system testing, and operational administration.
What you'll do#
- Clean, prepare, and validate supplier and contract data for migration.
- Analyze and compile information required for the migration process.
- Perform data quality checks and document any anomalies found.
- Help prepare, execute, and document user testing for the new solution.
- Create guides, procedures, and training materials for future users.
- Provide administrative support for project-related tasks.
- Integrate information and perform regular system updates.
- Assist specialists with contract management and vendor performance tracking.
- Maintain the overall quality and integrity of team information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration program or a related field like procurement or law.
- About two years of relevant experience is an asset.
- Intermediate English proficiency for daily communication with colleagues and partners.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.
- Proactive mindset with good organizational skills.
- Analytical skills and an interest in data, business processes, and technology.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite.

- This is a full-time, rolling internship position.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- Locations include Quebec, Montreal, Vancouver, and Toronto.
