About the role#
The Agile Excellence and Enablement team works to deliver high quality products and simplify processes for our clients. As a student analyst, you will support our efforts to design and redesign processes, develop technical solutions, and improve productivity. You will work closely with Senior Lean Solutions Consultants, Agile leaders, and business project leads to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business requests, focusing on systems, processes, and technical requirements.
- Create process maps and documentation using tools like MS Visio, Miro, and Confluence.
- Identify and document business requirements to support process improvement.
- Facilitate meetings, track work items, and monitor team metrics in Jira and Confluence.
- Participate in meetings with business partners, vendors, and team members.
- Use data to conduct analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Build relationships with IT team members and business partners.
- Provide support to lean and agile team members on various projects.
What you'll need#
- Strong problem-solving skills with an independent and proactive approach.
- Experience with data analysis and process mapping.
- Ability to facilitate group discussions and guide meetings.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- An owner's mindset, with a focus on driving work and finding solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Leadership skills, including networking and presentation abilities.
- A passion for technology.
- A consulting background is considered an asset.
