About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Summer 2027 term. You will gain hands-on experience in investment distribution, with potential exposure to areas such as Distribution Strategy, Institutional, Direct Channel, Structured Solutions, or Internal Sales. You will work alongside senior team members to support initiatives that drive sales and strengthen client relationships.
What you'll do#
- Assist in executing strategic initiatives to grow the distribution business.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Develop sales and marketing materials for various client segments.
- Partner with teams to track and analyze business performance metrics.
- Contribute to projects involving client segmentation, product positioning, pricing, or channel development.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations based on business strategy.
- Document and maintain operational procedures related to distribution processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on business objectives and address issues.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to your studies.
- Education preferably in a technical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and team-working abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
