About the role#
This is an 8-month internship for Winter 2027 within the Pension Platform Operations team at HOOPP. You will gain hands-on experience supporting pension technology platforms and operational processes. The role involves working closely with business and technology partners to strengthen team capacity, documentation quality, and operational consistency.
What you'll do#
- Monitor operational processes, queues, and work items.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and production validations.
- Maintain and organize SharePoint repositories, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Document test results and update Azure DevOps work items.
- Collect and organize supporting evidence for operational tasks.
- Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of Power Automate solutions and other operational tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary co-op program in Business Technology Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate range of $21.00 to $31.00.
