About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12 week summer program based in Atlanta. You will work on-site at a warehouse, supporting daily operations and contributing to business projects. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week, starting in May 2027. You will work directly on the warehouse floor to observe, support, and improve processes.
What you'll do#
- Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
- Design and document workflows to support operational effectiveness.
- Analyze existing key performance indicators and develop reporting tools.
- Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in managing daily warehouse operations to optimize workflow and productivity.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles or improvement techniques like Lean Six Sigma.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment.
- Unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
