About the role#
This internship lasts approximately 13 weeks and combines project-based work with experiential learning. You will join the Operations function, which is responsible for manufacturing and delivering medicine to patients. You will work across five areas: Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering. Throughout the program, you will have access to training sessions, mentoring, and networking events.
What you'll do#
- Lead initiatives, strategic analysis, and business case development across the five Operations functions.
- Develop a project charter to define objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally to identify problems and measure the current state.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop recommendations.
- Present your findings to executive management and participate in an intern-wide poster session.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule.
- Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.
- Preferred majors include Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
