About the role#
This is a 13-week, full-time co-op program during the Spring 2027 semester. You will work on-site in New Albany, Ohio, contributing to the development of our new advanced technology assembly and packaging site. The program includes project-based work, professional development training, and mentoring.
What you'll do#
- Lead strategic analysis, business case development, and initiatives on cross-functional projects.
- Develop project charters to define objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify problems and measure current states through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership, including a final readout and an intern-wide poster session.
- Network with colleagues across the company and participate in Employee Resource Groups.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Majors in Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Data Science.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, flexibility, and personal initiative.
- Proven leadership experience through campus clubs, projects, sports, or organizations.
