How to get in at Amgen
Applying early at Amgen gives you a distinct advantage because recruiters often review the first batch of candidates before the applicant pool becomes unmanageable. Intern Insider helps you stay ahead of the crowd by sending an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, ensuring you are among the first to submit your materials. This timing is critical when competing for positions at a large organization. You can use this extra time to refine your application rather than rushing to meet a deadline. Intern Insider surfaces the recruiters behind the company roles so you can reach out directly to ask about the position or request a referral. Connecting with a human at the firm often improves response rates compared to submitting into a general queue. This approach allows you to demonstrate your interest and qualifications to the people actually making the hiring decisions.
