About the role#
This is a full-time summer internship based in Princeton, New Jersey. The program runs from June 7th through August 20th, 2027. You will join the Global Biospecimen Logistics Support team to assist with the planning, documentation, and execution of clinical kitting operations. This role offers exposure to supply chain operations within a biotechnology environment.
What you'll do#
- Support SharePoint design and maintenance by building, organizing, and updating team sites and libraries.
- Partner with team members to use generative AI tools for drafting documents, summarizing reports, and creating templates.
- Assist with process improvement projects by documenting workflows, creating process maps, and identifying ways to increase efficiency.
- Perform data entry and reporting, including tracking kit status, supply levels, and performance metrics in Smartsheet and Excel.
- Provide documentation and compliance support to ensure operational records are accurate and stored correctly.
- Collaborate across teams by participating in meetings with study teams, clinical operations, and vendors.
- Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's program, specifically in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse teams.
- Interest in process improvement and emerging technologies like AI.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or SharePoint is a plus.
- Preferred: Exposure to end-to-end clinical supply chains, practical experience with digital platforms, and insight into regulated clinical trial operations.
