About the role#
We are hiring a part-time Supply Chain Intern to assist our Supply Chain Manager. This role provides hands-on experience with the supply chain process as we prepare for clinical trials and commercialization. You will work up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule. This is a paid position based on-site in Salt Lake City.
What you'll do#
- Process incoming goods and materials by reviewing documents, inspecting for damage, and signing for deliveries.
- Enter data into our ERP system and Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with Quality Control to sample raw materials and complete controlled documentation.
- Perform stock and cycle counts for safety stock items.
- Transfer and handle materials as needed.
- Gather or request necessary shipping certifications.
What you'll need#
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited Supply Chain or Logistics degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and write effectively.
- Strong communication skills.

- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and standing.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Microsoft Excel are preferred.
