About the role#
This Supply Chain Co-op position is designed to build a pipeline for future leadership talent. You will work on-site in Marietta, Ohio, supporting our team with daily operations and long-term projects. This is a full-time, paid role that requires geographic flexibility for both this assignment and potential future career opportunities within the company.
What you'll do#
- Support daily team activities and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data to assist with documentation and process improvement.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to gain insight into business operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
- Proven leadership through student organizations, athletics, community service, or other roles.
- Ability to influence others, drive results, and solve complex problems in changing environments.
- Resilience and a strong capacity for learning.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Marietta, Ohio.
- Modality: This is an on-site, in-office position.
- Compensation: Hourly rate between $18.50 and $28.75, depending on the role and location.
- Relocation: A $5,000 stipend is available for students living more than 50 miles from the work location.
