About the role#
This Supply Chain Co-op position is designed as a strategic pipeline for future leadership talent. You will work on-site in a full-time capacity to gain experience in medium-term capacity planning and the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
What you'll do#
- Monitor capacity utilization plans by identifying equipment or labor bottlenecks.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Lab teams to address supply and demand issues.
- Perform rough cut capacity planning and level loading activities.
- Balance demand and supply within a 12-18 month range.
- Support profitability and inventory turn improvements.
- Use the SOP Inventory Planning Model to develop production requirements.
- Create graphic inventory plans to evaluate campaign timing and supply scenarios.
- Prepare operational items for the Inventory Review Board.
- Assist with Master Production Scheduling and improve the quality of S&OP data reporting.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety and training requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in a scientific or production-related field with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.
- Proven leadership experience through athletics, student organizations, or other community roles.
- Ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex problems.
- Strong learning agility, grit, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Geographic mobility and flexibility.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.

- This role is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Work is performed on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid position with an hourly rate between $24.00 and $25.00.
