About the role#
Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Validation Engineering Co-op in Mississauga. This full-time position is part of a program intended to develop future leadership talent. You will work on-site, supporting teams across Quality Operations, Project Management, and Process Technology.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for equipment and facility systems.
- Write process validation reports and manage documentation.
- Review and verify technical data.
- Maintain the cleaning program and track results.
- Support special projects and provide operational assistance to various departments.
- Maintain a safe work environment by reporting potential hazards.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate engineering student graduating between December 2027 and June 2029. Eligible majors include Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Environmental Engineering.
- You have a track record of leadership in student organizations, athletics, or community service.
- You can navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while adapting to changing priorities.
- You possess strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Sponsorship is not provided.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

- Pay: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
