About the role#
The General Management Summer Associate program is a 10-week position running from June 14, 2027, to August 20, 2027. This role serves as a strategic pipeline for future leadership talent. Associates who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential may be considered for the full-time General Management Graduate Leadership Development Program. This is an on-site, full-time position that requires geographic mobility and flexibility to meet business needs.
What you'll do#
You will execute strategic and operating projects that carry significant importance for your assigned business. Your work will contribute to several key areas, including:
- Operations and manufacturing plants
- Commercial and sales initiatives
- Research and development
- Products and services
- Annual operating plans
- Customer channels
What you'll need#
- MBA student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
- At least 3 years of work experience after your undergraduate degree, including experience in Life Sciences or a STEM-related industry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing direct reports
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to influence others
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Reliable mode of transportation to and from the work location
Location & details#
This role is based in Waltham, Massachusetts. The position is paid at an hourly rate of $55.00. A $5,000 relocation stipend is available for those living 50 or more miles from the work location.
