About the role#
The Human Resources Summer Associate program is a 10-week position designed to serve as a strategic pipeline for future leadership talent. Associates who show exceptional performance and leadership potential may be considered for the full-time Human Resources Graduate Leadership Development Program following graduation. This role is based on-site in Waltham, Massachusetts.
What you'll do#
You will work on projects with strategic or operating importance to the business. Responsibilities include:
- Participating in talent management projects
- Supporting talent acquisition initiatives
- Contributing to corporate total rewards projects
- Assisting with employee relations work
What you'll need#
- You are a graduate student completing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You have at least one year of work experience post-undergraduate degree, ideally in a large, global organization. Experience in a Life Sciences or STEM industry is preferred.
- You have proven leadership experience and a track record of influencing others and driving results.
- You possess the ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.
- You demonstrate strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.
- You have excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Waltham, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 14, 2027 - August 20, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour.
- Requirements: You must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the work location. Geographic mobility and flexibility are required for this role and future career opportunities.
