About the role#
SystImmune is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Bothell, Washington. This is a paid, six-month internship designed for a college senior or recent graduate. You will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR operations while working directly with our HR and Talent Acquisition professionals. This role requires you to work on-site.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, including managing calendars and logistics.
- Support recruiting by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and tracking applicants in the ATS.
- Assist with HR operations such as onboarding, I-9 verification, file maintenance, and HRIS data entry.
- Draft and post job descriptions while monitoring candidate flow.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive interview experience.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up items for HR team meetings.
- Audit records for accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to HR process improvement projects and documentation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
What you'll need#
- Current college senior or recent graduate within the last 12 months.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to a full six-month internship.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or administration is preferred.
- Exposure to an ATS, HRIS, or scheduling tools is a plus.
- Interest in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is preferred.

- Location: On-site in Bothell, Washington.
- Duration: Up to six months.
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
