About the role#
This internship provides practical experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems. You will join the US People Management team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
What you'll do#
- Support new hires by coordinating pre-boarding, preparing documentation, and organizing first-day activities.
- Assist with employee lifecycle changes, including internal transfers and offboarding.
- Help with HR and payroll transitions through data checks, employee communication, and process documentation.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR system records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, employment verification, and separation papers.
- Support payroll activities including timesheet follow-up and overtime tracking.
- Contribute to the use of AI tools to improve and simplify HR processes.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfort with administrative tasks and digital tools, including Excel.
- Interest in learning HR systems and operations.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A proactive, curious, and reliable approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work with people.
- Previous HR experience is welcome but not required.
