About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for Summer 2027. You will join the Operations function, which handles the manufacturing and delivery of medicines. The program lasts approximately 13 weeks and includes project work, training sessions, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Lead initiatives, strategic analysis, and business case development across Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering.
- Create a project charter to define objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyze problems by measuring current states and performing qualitative and quantitative research.
- Develop and present recommendations to executive management and participate in an intern-wide poster session.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program in Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Biology, or Chemistry.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program.
