About the role#
As a Supply Chain & Logistics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the operational side of marketing events and client programs. You will work with our Operations team to coordinate the movement, storage, and tracking of materials, equipment, and company assets. This role provides exposure to inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation planning, and vendor coordination.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
- Support warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and the management of marketing materials.
- Prepare, stage, load, and organize materials for client events and brand activations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, shipments, and company assets.
- Assist with scheduling transportation, freight, and vendor services.
- Receive, inspect, document, and store incoming materials.
- Help ensure equipment is accounted for and stored properly after events.
- Communicate with internal teams to track project timelines and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.
- Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse and logistics tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
