About the role#
This Grad Co-op position is an approximately 13-week program based in New Albany, Ohio, for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Operations function, which supports the manufacturing and delivery of medicine. This role involves project-based work, professional development training, mentoring, and networking opportunities. You will contribute to the development of a new advanced technology assembly and packaging site.
What you'll do#
- Develop a project charter to define objectives, timelines, deliverables, and identify key stakeholders.
- Work across departments to identify problems and measure current states.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop recommendations.
- Present findings to executive management and participate in an intern-wide poster session.
- Network with colleagues and access Employee Resource Groups.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program, having completed the first year of graduate study.
- Degree concentration in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Applied Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Supply Chain Management/Operations, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), SQL, and VBA for Excel.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience on campus and personal initiative.

- Location: New Albany, Ohio (On-site).
- Schedule: Part-time.
- Compensation: $35.34 - $41.20 per hour.
