About the role#
This internship within the ERP Center of Excellence focuses on supply chain governance and process management. You will work on projects that support organizational design, process standardization, and data quality. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in a professional biotechnology setting while contributing to internal documentation and operational frameworks.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain ERP governance documentation and standards, including charters and operating procedures.
- Create and maintain RACI matrices for ERP processes and governance activities.
- Support the documentation of process maps and hierarchy structures from L0 to L3.
- Maintain version-controlled repositories and document inventories.
- Capture meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items during governance workshops and interviews.
- Assist in preparing executive presentations and governance reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives through research and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 10-12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
- Independent authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Modality: Hybrid (on-site presence required for the duration of the internship).
