About the role#
Beam Therapeutics is hiring a Supply Chain SAP Co-op to support our team from January through June 2027. You will help make supply chain processes easier to execute by creating clear process maps and engaging SAP training content. This role offers hands-on experience in developing user-friendly resources that improve process efficiency and knowledge across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain supply chain process maps using Microsoft Visio.
- Review existing SAP training materials and convert them into concise instructional videos and job aids.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather process information.
- Ensure all training and documentation accurately reflects current workflows.
- Organize and maintain SAP training materials to improve accessibility for team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BA or MA program for supply chain management, business, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational habits.
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft Visio, or process mapping is preferred.
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, or instructional videos is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Durham, North Carolina.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
- Schedule: Hybrid, with 4-5 days per week spent on-site.
- Compensation: $23 to $34 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
- Employment status: This is a paid, full-time position. You must maintain student status throughout the internship.
