About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides exposure to Investment Operations or Market Data and Vendor Management within the asset management industry. You will join either the Investment Services Operations team or the Market Data Operations team to gain firsthand experience in the operational infrastructure of the firm.
What you'll do#
- Support the Enterprise Investment Services team with daily operational activities across accounting, investments, and data warehouse functions.
- Perform reconciliations between systems, investigate exceptions, and assist with issue resolution.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and the preparation of business documentation.
- Contribute to project management tasks, including tracking deliverables and coordinating process improvements.
- Support the Market Data Operations team with vendor agreements, renewals, and other inquiries.
- Work on business projects related to cost savings, transparency tools, and new data implementations.
- Organize and support stakeholder meetings with vendors.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Previous internship experience or leadership in campus organizations is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
