About the role#
As a Recruiting Operations Intern, you will support the systems, processes, and coordination that keep our global recruiting team running. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to support candidates throughout the hiring process. This role focuses on keeping our Talent Acquisition team organized, efficient, and data-driven.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
- Communicate scheduling details and updates to candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and interview data in our applicant tracking system.
- Support job postings, candidate tracking, and recruiting documentation.
- Assist with recruiting reports and monitor hiring activity.
- Prepare interview materials, scorecards, and candidate communications.
- Identify ways to improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience.
- Support internship-program coordination and other Talent Acquisition projects.
What you'll need#
- You are a full-time rising senior or a recent graduate from an accredited four-year college or university.
- You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- You have an interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or HR technology.
- You are highly organized and can manage multiple priorities and schedules.
- You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate information.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
- You are proactive, dependable, and committed to providing a positive candidate experience.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, or other recruiting systems is preferred.
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026 (October 6 through December 17, 2026).
- Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship at $20 per hour.
