About the role#
The Talent Agent Assistant Internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in talent management and the influencer marketing industry. This role supports the agency in scouting, onboarding, and managing talent while assisting with brand partnerships and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Scout and onboard new talent, including scheduling intro calls and managing necessary forms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate scheduling and manage calendars and meetings.
- Support client and brand outreach by joining calls and assisting with follow-up communications.
- Assist with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicing.
- Create and organize sales folders, contracts, and talent assets such as quarterly planners.
- Liaise with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Participate in business development meetings to offer input and track progress.
- Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities for talent and the agency.
- Contribute to brand-building efforts and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication.
What you'll need#
- A recent Bachelor’s Degree in PR, marketing, business, communications, public health, or psychology.
- Relevant internship experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- A good eye for talent recruitment and the ability to assess quality, authenticity, and influence.
- Knowledge of and interest in social media marketing, public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Excellent time management and a strong work ethic.

- Location: Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Full-time (30-40 hours per week).
- Duration: 16 weeks.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship with a $500 stipend provided upon successful completion of the program.
