Stagiaire – Recouvrement et Trésorerie (Stage 1 an)

About the role#

This one-year internship focuses on collection and treasury management within the finance department. The role is primarily dedicated to collection activities (90%), with treasury responsibilities (10%) introduced gradually as you become familiar with business processes and clients. You will work closely with internal sales and finance teams to manage payments and support process improvement projects.

What you'll do#

• Manage the follow-up of outstanding invoices with clients.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams via email and telephone to resolve payment issues and disputes.
• Prepare aging reports and analyze overdue accounts.
• Reconcile old accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and support escalation processes.
• Assist with treasury tasks, including cash reporting, bank reconciliation, and cash allocation.
• Contribute to process improvements and projects related to artificial intelligence and automation.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing studies in Finance or Business Administration.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with a capacity for rapid learning.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Comfort handling direct conversations and resolving payment disputes.
