About the role#
The Customer Supply Chain Analytics Intern will join the Unilever Canada Customer Strategy and Planning team for the Winter 2027 term. This role connects customer needs with operational execution to improve service performance for a strategic retail partner. You will work across various teams including Customer Development, Order Management, Transportation, and Supply Chain to turn operational data into insights. The program includes a structured onboarding process, a dedicated buddy, and the opportunity to present project findings to business leaders at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Access, manage, and analyze customer supply chain data to support performance and issue resolution.
- Monitor order, shipment, inventory, and compliance activities.
- Investigate service gaps, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and business updates for cross-functional partners.
- Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Formulas.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an ability to interpret data trends.
- Effective communication skills and a practical approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate various systems, portals, and reporting platforms.
- Power BI dashboard development experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data science concepts or automation tools is considered an asset.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Canada for the duration of the internship.

- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 full in-office days per week.
