About the role#
As a Customer Development Intern, you will join the team for the Winter 2027 term. You will support the sales organization by working with retail partners to drive category growth and execute business strategies. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, category planning, and business development. You may be assigned to support customer account teams or focus on category strategies and shopper insights.
What you'll do#
- Manage and analyze customer and sales data.
- Help develop customer and category growth strategies.
- Translate data insights into business recommendations.
- Assist with reporting, presentations, and business reviews.
- Support retailer and promotional planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Category teams.
- Monitor business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables stay on track.
- Present project findings to business leaders at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Canada.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, without academic conflicts.

- Locations: Toronto, Ontario or Montreal, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4, 2027 - April 2, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
