About the role#
Eulerity is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support the technical recruiting lifecycle for our AI and automation teams. This role provides direct exposure to the hiring operations of a high-growth startup. You will work under the guidance of our recruiter to manage candidate journeys, coordinate interview logistics, and learn the fundamentals of sourcing engineering talent.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interview logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams to ensure candidates and interviewers are prepared and on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Support the scheduling of technical screenings and pair-programming interviews.
- Aggregate technical assessment scores and interviewer feedback to ensure consistent evaluation of soft skills and coding competency.
- Learn to use GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities to source passive engineering candidates.
- Develop an understanding of our tech stack to better qualify resumes and assess potential hires.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactive mindset with the initiative to identify and address needs independently.
- Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn our tech stack.
- Genuine interest in the craft of recruiting and talent acquisition.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, based in New York, NY (3 to 4 days per week in-office).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour.
- Benefits: Lunch credits and unlimited snacks when in-office.
