About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with our HR team. You will support employees across multiple locations and get exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role provides the opportunity to work on projects that support the employee experience.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the full hiring and onboarding process from recruitment through new hire orientation.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives like recognition programs and company events.
- Maintain employee data and support HR processes using HRIS and other systems.
- Learn about compliance and handling sensitive information through employee relations case studies.
- Shadow HR team members across various functions.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
