About the role#
As an Engineering Intern at Imagine, you will gain hands-on experience working with our manufacturing team in Shakopee. This role focuses on understanding our production systems and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. You will work alongside experts in print production and creative branding to learn how we manage large-scale campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Map and document current production processes to understand existing workflows.
- Analyze systems to identify specific areas for efficiency gains.
- Participate in Lean manufacturing projects to address real-world operational challenges.
- Use data-driven methods to evaluate and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present your findings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Engineering or a related field.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Comfort working with minimal supervision.
- A self-starting attitude and an open mind regarding daily duties.
